Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, supplied with newspapers and even offered wine tasting. The view from my room was so relaxing, but there were some minor inconveniences. The service was very nice, though not overly friendly at times. The location was ideal for my trip to Maggie Beer's farm kitchen, but it's a bit out of town. The dining experience was fantastic, with lots of allergy-friendly options, but the room price was a bit on the higher side.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although comfortable, had some cleanliness issues and felt a bit dated. On the bright side, the view from the room was stunning. The service was friendly but seemed a bit robotic at times. The location was outstanding with breathtaking views of the valley, but some areas like the kitchen needed updating. The dining experience was generally good, but lacked variety for vegetarians. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room had a beautiful view over the vineyards and was spotlessly clean, but there was a mix-up in room allocation initially. The service was exceptional, particularly on my wedding day where the staff went out of their way to accommodate my early check-in request. The location, although slightly secluded, offered stunning views and a peaceful environment. However, the dining options were lacking in variety and not the best value for money.
The hotel offers cozy rooms with nice outdoor areas overlooking Jacobs Creek vineyards. The service is friendly and prompt, although some staff might need more training. The location is fantastic for exploring the Barossa Valley, with breathtaking views from the room balconies. The dining experience is a standout with a variety of buffet options. Overall, a great place to stay, with a few areas that could be improved.
